Learning & Development Consultant
While Dell Technologies drives human progress through groundbreaking technology, the Learning and Development team within Human Resources drives the development of our people. We need everyone to be at the top of their game, so we design, prepare and deliver training and development programs for our managers and team members to achieve this. We deliver and evaluate a wide range of programs, from new employee orientation and performance management to leadership development. We also help to shape learning priorities within Dell and work consultatively with other HR professionals to share knowledge and implement organizational development programs.

What you'll achieve
You will contribute to the design of the next iteration of a successful accelerated development system that prepares senior level talent for executive leadership roles in a 30,000 plus Products & Operations business unit.

  • Lead the delivery of all program components, ensuring conditions are set for an optimal development experience.

  • Research and recommend transformative, personalized development solutions and engagement practices that result in leaders who are future-focused and can deliver inclusive leadership in a digital and agile work environment.

  • Help define and advance our cultural aspirations as a learning organization where learning is not a means to an end but learning as a lifestyle. Architect the full suite of learning management platforms, processes and integrative mechanisms to ensure that system outcomes are directly tied to measurable business goals and talent plan objectives on the 2025 and 2030 horizons.

Essential Requirements

  • Able to consult and expertly manage executive stakeholders; demonstrated ability to influence and challenge the status quo while maintaining effective relationships

  • Skilled in learning facilitation and content delivery

  • Skilled in research and procurement of insights

  • Ability to apply design thinking and systems thinking methodologies

  • Skilled and experienced in the design and implementation digital learning strategies and change management

Desirable Requirements
  • 7 - 10 yrs. L&D experience
  • Experience working in a global organization across BU's.
