What you'll achieve
The HR Analytics & Automation team supports the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of all custom reporting, dashboards and analytical insights for the HR function. In this role you will work with our customers globally to identify report and data needs, then create and deliver the desired content utilizing Workday Reporting and ServiceNow Performance Analytics Reporting. You will Partner with all HR teams to ensure the required support is managed.
Consult with our HR Customers to understand the problems or insights their business is trying to solve or uncover
Create custom reports from various customers
Deliver data and reports to fulfill the needs of the business
Design, Develop, and Deploy an automated Dashboard solutions
Performing health checks and audits on reports currently in our library as well as any new reports built for the business and ensure our reporting library is up to date and usable for team members

Strong reporting and problem solving skills with an analytical and customer service mindset
Ability to Partner with all HR teams to ensure the required support is managed and maneuver through priorities and manage expectations
Understanding of Human Capital metrics and data
Open to change and able to sustain in an Agile environment as the needs of the business shift
Has worked in a global role and appreciates how to develop solutions that will have global applicability
Workday reporting, Workday custom report writer experience, Workday Reporting Pro certification, Workday Report Building Knowledge and Familiarity with WD Business Processes
Tableau Dashboard Development and ServiceNow Performance Analytics Knowledge
