What you’ll achieve
As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for managing all sales operations for the Corporate & Mid-market segment across North-West & French Speaking Africa. Also, you will build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships at strategic level.
You will:

  • Directly oversee sales teams, managing Corporate/Mid-Market/Global Accounts (Outside of the Enterprise Accounts) in all North West African countries. Providing direction, development, and inspiration to team members

  • Manage weekly, quarterly & bi-yearly pipeline/outlook forecast for the corporate and mid-market customers. Responsible for delivering the revenue and forecasted target with the alignment of the broader company goals and objectives.

  • Work closely with Channel organization to build partner and country business plans, overlooking channel incremental & distribution numbers.

  • Build awareness of the current market, develop brand new accounts to drive expansion across countries in the region, and increase market share.

  • Work with your account teams to ensure the best route to market is always available via online or partner management. Drive strategic account management and business pipeline development.

Essential Requirements

  • 12+ years of solutions selling experience and ability to drive business with partners; Along with having relevant People Management / Leadership experience and skills.

  • Fluent communication in English, Arabic & French

  • Solid sales track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas and relentless drive to lead team and company to success

  • Strong communication, leadership, collaboration, negotiation and executive presentation skills

  • Capacity to influence and engage other internal teams and stakeholders
