What you’ll achieve
Cybersecurity team members have responsibility for providing thought leadership across security technology areas and aligning with both the business and cybersecurity objectives. In this role, you will be expected to contribute to initiatives across Cybersecurity, and work as a member of a larger team that focuses on priority-driven items which change based on need.
You will:
  • Support and manage a large Enterprise Azure Active Directory Environment. Leverage scripting, automation and configuration management tools to accelerate the deployment and enhance the security posture of the Microsoft 365 estate.
  • Design, develop, implement, and maintain large-scale systems, across multiple on-premises and cloud environments. Plan and implement security features/components of Azure Active Directory and Office 365 such as Azure AD Identity Protection, Self-Service Password Reset, Azure MFA, Threat Explorer and Azure AD App Proxy.
  • Work in collaborative team environment utilizing Agile development methodologies and principles, mentoring teammates, and learning cross functional skills to support a range of technologies as a product offering.
  • Provide consulting services to application owners, IT, and business teams to enhance security and protection controls for public cloud-based workloads. Provide dedicated support to Special Events (Sales, webcasts, etc.)
  • Monitor for incidents and alerts and provide response and support to address active events.

Essential Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years of professional experience deploying and maintaining Azure Active Directory and Office 365 in enterprise environments. In-depth knowledge, experience, and deep understanding of: Azure Active Directory (AAD), Active Directory (AD), Attributes, LDAP Queries, PowerShell, Azure Active Directory Connect, Azure AD Application Proxy and Single Sign-on (SSO).
  • Experience managing/securing enterprise SaaS applications (e.g. Slack, ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Platform, etc.).
  • Knowledge of virtualization concepts and design principles. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with people at all levels. Customer-oriented with a strong interest in customer satisfaction.

Desirable Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Information technology /Information Security.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with emphasis on technical writing skills and the ability to explain complex problems to nontechnical teams.
  • Information Security Certification(s) – e.g. CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CCSK, AZ-500, MS-500.
