What you’ll achieve
The Digital Center of Excellence (COE) in Global Marketing is a rapidly growing and newly formed team in Dell Technologies Marketing. We are focused accelerating the evolution in Web and Marketing Web Technologies, taking friction out of the Contact experience, evolving our Digital Marketing & Advertising to a privacy-by-design future, and incubating new Digital-first ideas and capabilities. As our Strategy and Operations lead, you will help build and evolve the COE. You’ll play a leading role in key cross-functional strategic initiatives. You’ll formalize the COE’s stakeholder relationships, drive annual planning and ongoing operations, ensure COE is well aligned to broader organization-level priorities, and ultimately ensure we’re driving in-quarter and in-year value for customers and Dell.
You will
  • Build the Business Management System for the Digital COE, define and manage all interlocks with the team across Global Marketing, Sales, Web Experience, Services, IT, and Operations
  • Define and manage the Scorecard for the Digital COE, ensure we are driving an “Insights to Action” learning-loop that delivers visible, meaningful impact for customers and Dell
  • Drive consolidated FY+1 planning starting with FY23 across Web, Contact & Conversational, Digital Marketing & Advertising, and Incubation
  • Build our Cultural Agenda for the group, including the “Test & Learn” mindset and principles and process to continually improve our collaboration and team member experience
  • Lead high priority cross-organizational programs, for example the Digital workstream for Project APEX

  • You know how to lead complex large-scale programs; you zoom in and zoom out and can tame ambiguity. You’ve got a track record of successful execution of such initiatives – particularly Digital-oriented

Desirable Requirements
  • You are passionate about building and being part of great teams; and about Digital and the value of embracing a Customer-centered Digital-first agenda
  • You have a track record of success in multiple roles in the same company (and potentially across a few companies)
  • You know how sales and marketing works in High Technology – across Consumer, Enterprise, and Channel
