What you’ll achieve
The Compliance Advisor will be a highly motivated individual with experience of working extensively with Dell members to abide by enterprise information security governance requirements and procedures. We are looking for someone who has basic security governance and technical understanding, project management experience along with exceptional communication and analytical skills.
Assist in conducting reviews and doing post-review work for Enterprise Information Security Governance (identification, classification, protection, retention and disposition) for structured and unstructured environments.
Review, update and maintain documentation processes/procedures working closely with domain SME’s to ensure coverage and quality of deliverables
Assist with the development of program metrics and reporting tools that can be used to measure effectiveness and efficiency of processes or systems
Collect and analyze data on an ad hoc basis as determined by the needs of the business to drive process enhancements and improve user education/training.
Assist with analyzing, modeling and requirements to reconcile current process issues and enhance systems for future business needs

Knowledge of common regulatory controls, such as: NIST SP 800-53, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO 27001 etc.
Highly motivated, self-starting individual, and able to multi-task and manage to timelines with very little supervision
Basic understanding of general business processes
Strong analytical and project management skills
Proven oral, written, and communication/presentation skills to a broad range of employees
Strong interpersonal skills that establish and sustain close working relationships with functional teams and subject matter experts as well as IT technical, development, and support personnel
Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint Site Collection Administration
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Information Assurance or a related field and/or a minimum of 1 year of prior experience in an IT or audit related environment OR equivalent experience
