As Change Management Senior Manager, you will report organizationally into Services Operations Organization. The mission for this role is to provide a framework and approach to support Dell Technologies Services organization to prepare, plan for and adopt new technology and new ways of working to ensure the change is sustained and reinforced.
Design, plan, and gain stakeholder and executive buy in change management strategies for projects and/or change initiatives
Identify risks and develop risk mitigation tactics whilst managing anticipated resistance to change.
Work with people across all levels of an organization to provide support and coaching advice to execs and people managers to help them instill change in their teams, as well as directly supporting project teams during the transition period.
Mentor, develop and retain key talent within the change management team ensuring each individual team member is realizing their potential.
Contribute to the strategic development and growth of change management team

12+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience, including 4+ years managerial/leadership experience; Experience to include:
Team Ambassador with Strategic & Visionary thinking; Innovative service design thinking; Proficiency with change management methodologies and tools along with a Process/ Structure oriented mindset
Successful experience guiding, developing and monitoring a seasoned team of program managers; Experience hiring and retaining top talent
Experience driving Results/Outcomes & Programs to closure; Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team while providing task oriented direction to others in order to complete projects within required timeframes; Fine attention to detail along with ability to self-regulate, self-motivate and self-prioritize
Organizational Agility; Cross functional Collaboration; Adept at building liaisons while work cross functionally with other organizations; Experience in successful collaboration for a common agenda/goal and achieving results
Stellar communication skills verbally, in writing, and in presentations to Executive audiences; Demonstrated ability to summarize/net out for executive consumption in a storyboard style along with being able to deep dive into details as needed; Art of influence / persuasion without authority
