Associate Product Manager
At Dell Technologies, we need strong leaders on our Voice and Contact Center Services team to drive IT products, and portfolio activity across all IT and business segments. As part of this team, you will assist in managing resources to make sure product capabilities are completed up to our high-quality standards.

What you’ll achieve
As an Associate Product Manager you will work with product team to assist in prioritizing team’s work regarding the development, coding, testing, and debugging of new software or enhancements to existing software. You will assist in gathering of requirements, analysis, design in a given product with a focus on voice software solutions. You may perform estimation efforts on projects. You will interlock with other product teams and several line of business to deploy capabilities end to end.
You will:

  • Assist in establishing group priorities relative to basic or very specific business needs.

  • Perform estimation, prioritization efforts of new/enhancement to product capabilities.

  • Define key performance indicators, keeping the KPI’s aligned to organizational goals, standard documentation up to date, for product roadmap

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3-6+ months of relevant project, internship or course work experience or Associates degree with 1-2 years of related experience.

  • Ability to work on large important telecommunication voice Avaya projects, more than one project at a time, especially with queue and agent migration efforts with multi regional team members

  • Understands the product model and managing product backlog end to end including dashboard, stories, reporting.

  • General knowledge or the ability to learn the telephony discipline, specifically utilizing Avaya products and call distribution routing

  • Ability to apply analytical skills to evaluate and interpret complex situations/ problems using multiple sources of information and presents problem analysis and recommended solutions, with focus on automation, standardization and innovation opportunities. Ability to communicate technical terms with IT product teams and business stakeholders

Desirable Requirements

  • Certification or experience working with Avaya and/or within telephony industry
