We are looking for a Product Performance Specialist (f/m/d) to join the Global Service team on our journey to always delivering amazing experiences.
The Global Service team at Delivery Hero consists of smart and driven people from all around the world who work closely together with our entities worldwide to ensure each and every local or regional contact center performs in their most efficient way.
We assist senior management and the local teams to make their operations run smoothly, roll out and improve global contact center systems and make sure best practices are shared between entities.
Your mission:

  • You support product performance initiatives for the Asia region which allow our local entities to improve the service experience for our customers, vendors and riders.

  • You coordinate and project manage the roll-out of new products and features aiming at improving the service quality as well as efficiency.

  • You monitor the product performance and usage of the solutions that are implemented for optimization with supporting analysis.

  • You translate local needs and your own insights into specific requests and then collaborate with the respective service teams to ensure delivery and proper functionality of cross-dependent tools.


Your heroic skills:


  • You gained at least 2 years of professional experience (not counting internships) in fast-paced internet companies, ideally in service operations or product performance.

  • You are data-driven and tech-savvy with a solid e-commerce understanding.

  • You have a good understanding of Excel and have worked with data visualization tools. Knowledge of SQL would be a plus

  • You are highly independent, motivated and communicative, and very energetic and solution-oriented in handling business challenges.

  • You communicate clearly and in a structured way across a variety of channels.

  • You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment delivering against tight deadlines.

  • You have excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

  • A plus: you have previous experiences with project management in international operations.
