We are looking for a CRM Growth Specialist (f/m/d) to join our Central Team on its mission as soon as possible. Our ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, innovative, and good at getting things done. We’re looking for a programmer with an imagination for giving input on and creating lightweight solutions. As part of the CRM Growth Team, you’d be building tools that help propel the CRM team into the future, while automating away the work that robots do best.
Your mission:

  • Support the development and maintenance of CRM Growth projects, such as automation, loyalty, and experimentation frameworks.

  • Claim a proactive role in technical CRM support central and local CRM managers globally.

  • Foster collaboration cross functionally, also in the form of ideation and building proofs of concept.

  • Research industry best practices and innovations and coordinate the implementation of new features while working closely with product and development tech teams.

Your heroic skills:

  • 3-4 years of experience in the field of Computer Science or Coding Bootcamp experience.

  • Startup mentality: very nimble, ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver high-quality projects in a fast-moving environment.

  • An expert problem-solver with strong organizational, prioritization, and analytical skills.

  • Familiarity with at least one programming language, ideally JavaScript or Python.

  • Knowledge of CRM and campaign management tools (i.e. Braze) is a plus.

  • Background in building large-scale automation frameworks is a plus.

  • Excellent communication skills in English are required, additional languages are a plus.
