The Recruitment Marketing team is responsible for attracting top talent to Datadog around the world. As a function of the Recruiting team, we enable recruiters to scale the growth of our company size in being strategic business partners, matchmakers, sellers and marketeers, all wrapped into one. We contribute to the bottom line and have high visibility to leadership teams as we partner with our business leaders on building out our global teams with top talent within multiple business areas. You will have the opportunity to shape, mold, and impact how fast we grow, the way we’re viewed, and the candidate experience.
As the Recruitment Marketing Specialist, you’ll be the point person in strategizing ways to build brand awareness and attract new and diverse talent to the company. Working closely with Datadog’s Business Recruiting team, you’ll communicate and collaborate on recruitment programs to maximize visibility and the success of Datadog’s employer brand and recruiting partnerships. You’ll run third-party partnerships such as BuiltIn, Out in Tech and PowerToFly, conceptualize and execute recruitment events, create content to share the stories of Datadog’s employees, and bring fresh ideas to the table in order to directly impact Datadog’s efforts to better diversify our candidate pipeline.
Strategize new ways to attract talent to Datadog through email marketing campaigns, video and social content, job board postings, events, paid campaigns, etc.
Manage partnerships and publish content across third-party job boards including conceptualizing, marketing and hosting recruiting events, speaker opportunities, podcasts, and more
Work cross-functionally with the Business Recruiting team to ensure job vendor and partner program effectiveness and communication across all teams
Partner with Datadog’s Internal Comms & Inclusion team to give employees visibility into recruiting programs and content opportunities
Work across recruiting teams to ensure inclusivity in all job descriptions
Track ROI of paid partnerships via LinkedIn Talent Insights and Greenhouse to measure brand engagement of underrepresented minorities, and volume/quality of applicants
Experienced in 2+ years of Recruiting, Marketing, or a related field
Passionate about creating a diverse and inclusive workplace
Confident in managing partnerships with outside vendors
Creative in your problem solving, and not afraid to innovate and think big
A strong writer, able to convey a narrative in a voice complimentary to the business
Skilled in project management with a strong sense of urgency and follow through
Data-driven and results-oriented
