As an Agent Experience and Marketing Advisor, your expertise lies in your customer service, proactivity, and execution abilities in a fast-paced environment. You constantly think of ways to improve the agents' experience here at Compass. You will provide vital account services and Marketing Center support for agents affiliated with our Cape Cod office. This individual will sit in upper Cape Cod or Lower/Outer Cape Cod. You are highly presentable, have impeccable follow through and have exceptional communication skills, specifically verbal and written etiquette.
In this role you will:

  • Proactively serve a portfolio of assigned agents so that they may achieve positive business outcomes via Compass products, programs and people

  • Master Compass technology and educate agents on Compass products and programs to enable best business practices in a competitive landscape

  • Partner closely with Real Estate Sales Managers and other cross-functional teams to build and execute agent success strategies, including business growth plans and marketing tactics

  • Conduct in person Compass product and program trainings and meetings with agents as needed

  • Work proactively to identify agent needs and develop solutions

  • Troubleshoot issues related to marketing, Compass tools, technology/devices, enterprise systems, etc

  • Create agents brand and listing marketing materials using Compass technology

  • Work closely and effectively with the cross-functional marketing partners to support agent needs

What we're looking for:

  • You have 2+ years previous experience in agent service, client service, marketing, or client success

  • You have a strong sense of empathy, a drive to deliver top-tier customer support, and an understanding of marketing principles

  • You have the ability to establish credibility with key agent decision makers and influencers

  • You have strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills; extraordinary listening skills

  • You have strong problem solving and analytical skills; you quickly formulate solutions that deliver real business value

  • You have multi-tasking down to a science; you can effectively juggle multiple accounts and assignments simultaneously and are not intimidated by change

  • You are flexible and excited by new challenges, improvement and iteration

  • You have a commitment to exceed goals that is internal, constant, and self imposed

  • Previous experience in real estate and technology a plus
