Our growing Enterprise Applications team is looking for an experienced Enterprise Product Manager, Compliance passionate about transforming technology into critical business value. You will synthesize a product vision into key technical decisions and partner with Business Units and engineering teams to buy, build, launch, and scale platforms. You have strong product, design and technical skills to create and deliver simple and intuitive products. You possess the versatility to understand your stakeholder challenges and translate these into technical requirements for the engineering team. You will report to the Group Enterprise Product Manager, Compliance and be part of the larger Coinbase Customer Experience Organization.

You are execution oriented and bring projects from concept to completion, doing everything possible to ensure successful launches. You are data driven, have a can do attitude, are smart, confident, and skilled communicator who encourages honest and candid feedback
What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):
  • Manage relationships with Compliance functional subject matter specialists
  • Meets with functional subject matter specialists to gather business requirements and translate them in to functional requirements
  • Continuously shadows and analyzes Compliance Operators workflow to identify whitespace opportunities
  • Facilitates UAT sessions for small to mid sized Compliance product launches
  • Facilitates End User training as necessary
  • Conducts Compliance demos to assist with Organizational Change as necessary
  • Assists with the documentation of requirements, process diagrams, source to target documents (ETL documentation), and Product Management best methodologies
  • Crafts, maintains, and pulls together audit documentation
  • Provides operational support to the Compliance team (reports, data analysis, etc.)
  • Works within and plan against a defined release schedule
  • Identifies and resolves inefficiencies in PM tools, process and workflows
  • Plans and coordinates across multiple engineering teams

What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):
  • BA/BS in Engineering, Computer Sciences, or Business Administration desired
  • 4+ years experience, preferably in business applications development or product management for internal products
  • Process and business understanding in the domains of Compliance or a highly regulated industry
  • Hands-on Experience with Salesforce related experience
  • Background working within an Agile environment and using Jira
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle
  • Salesforce Admin certification a plus
  • Experience using Compliance screening tools like Clear, Refinitiv, SendSafely
  • FinTech background, nice to have
