• Resource should understand the existing Batch processing and scheduling set up of our client, understand the requirement for the carve out based on the scope of the divestiture, design the carve out and implement the batch scheduling in the buyers new environment and adjust it in the existing seller environment as well. Batch job scheduling tools such as Tidal / Redwood / TWS
  • Resource should have work with scheduling jobs in SAP ECC, SAP BW and other non-SAP applications through Tidal
  • Resource should be able to understand the project solution, analyze the system and integration with each other, review the jobs create a design / strategySA of moving the Tidal solution and ensure all jobs required for the carved out company continues to function as usual.
  • The resource should also be able to install Tidal application on hardware / VM provisioned by the infrastructure team.
  • The deliverables should include
  • Tidal design of carve out including jobs to keep and jobs to be cleaned up with dependencies on all jobs and systems used in carve out
  • project plan with Tidal activities for all phases of the project till go-live
  • Test plan for Tidal in Unit, Integration and user Acceptance
  • Cutover & migration plan for Tidal
  • Installation document for offshore resource to continue future installations after roll off.
  • Identify and make changes required in configuring the existing Tidal solution and jobs to continue to work as it is working today.
  • The requirement analysis and design should be completed by 9/17/2021
  • The resource should partner with a offshore based identified resource to bring the person up to speed on Tidal workings and the design created for the carve out.
  • The resource should help create a execution plan for the offshore resource to continue the execution of the project after 09/17/2021
  • Before roll of, the resource should provide KT to the named resources from project team on specified deliverables.
