Responsibilities
:

  • Knowledge of SAP CRM Base Customization, Web UI Framework, AET, Transactions, Master and Transaction data, Interaction Center, ERMS
  • Knowledge in gathering business requirements for sales and services processes , accounts and contacts, activities, opportunities, Interaction center integration and reports.
  • Knowledge on Service process with Service Parts Integration
  • Knowledge on Pricing technique , Pricing determination,
  • Complaints & Returns Processing
  • Good understanding of SAP CRM and ECC integration on Basic functions (Business partner & Product master, pricing)


Requirements
:

  • Knowledge in SAP Sales and distribution on different areas such as delivery management, STO processing is preferable.
  • Good understanding of the support process is required with experience in handling tools such as SAP Solution Manager, Issue Management tool (SAIM) and HP-ALM testing tool hands on experience.
  • Equipment Life Cycle Management (ELC) Services & Installation process.
  • Working knowledge business object download and Middleware troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of Initial/Request Loads, troubleshooting Middleware Errors in queues, Basic Web UI error debugging skills
  • Knowledge on IDOC processing , configuration , Paper map, segmentation , troubleshooting"
