We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Consultant to join our rapidly growing Intelligent Process & Performance team. We drive and accelerate our clients’ digital transformation journey enabled by operational excellence and the use of innovative technologies around process analytics, RPA and AI. The nature of our work allows us to work with many different clients across various industries, engaging with stakeholders in Business and IT. As a Senior consultant, you will work within one of our client-facing project teams, drive your own activities and workstream, and contribute to a successful project delivery.
Required Background:
  • Professional experience in the field of Management Consulting, Intelligent Automation, Process/Operational Excellence
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA or related Masters Degree is a plus
  • Full Time Positions Only

Other Requirements:
  • Reside within or be able to relocate to one of the four Capgemini Invent locations listed above
  • Willingness to travel frequently, up to 85% as necessary
  • Strong personal and professional values; entrepreneurial spirit
  • Strong presence with good relationship-building and interpersonal/people management skills
  • Possession of established network of industry contacts
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. in an unrestricted manner that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa

Key qualifications include:
  • Consulting experience, ideally in the field of Strategy & Operating Model design, Business Process Optimization and/or Intelligent Automation
  • Experience with Process Analytics, Automation, and/or Business Process Management technology (e.g. Process/Task Mining, RPA)
  • Highly structured and conceptual mindset coupled with strong quantitative and analytical problem-solving attitude
  • Experience with Microsoft Office PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, intellectual curiosity, a passion to understand and solve problems
  • Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills within a team environment
  • Well-developed project management and facilitation skills
  • Ability to develop client relationships, identify and qualify sales opportunities
  • Capability to work well in a fast-growing environment with the ability to deliver on time
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing requirements dictated by business and IT requirements
  • Strong ability to handle multiple demands with a sense of urgency, drive, and energy

Key Responsibilities of a Senior Consultant
  • Manage your own workstream on an Intelligent Process project in a client-facing environment, assessing clients' problems critically, structuring analyses, applying analytical frameworks, and conceptualizing strategic roadmaps
  • Research, aggregate and analyze data; synthesize large quantities of information; extract meaningful insights and make recommendations
  • Assessing clients' problems critically, structuring analyses, applying analytical frameworks, and conceptualizing strategy development
  • Understand & diagram the flow of processes within organizations (incl. tasks, decisions, handoffs, etc.), identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Evaluate opportunities to introduce automation technology, such as RPA and AI/ML, to streamline workflows
  • Estimate, prioritize, and present financial and qualitative benefits of process optimization/automation to clients in an actionable way to enable transformation of existing processes
  • Mentor and coach others to deliver quality results and promote others' professional development
  • Support internal practice development and business development activities
