You'll be joining a fast-moving team working to build the next generation of mobile app discovery for potentially billions of devices around the globe. As a Lead Technical Program Manager, you'll bring order from chaos, help Branch scale across the world and improve our products. You'll help Engineering and Product teams coordinate, prioritize, and execute. You'll also oversee the work of other Technical Program Managers, and help them grow.

As a Lead Program Manager, you'll get to:
Develop a deep understanding of our products, our technologies, and our partners, and use that knowledge to power your cross-functional work.
Work across engineering and product teams to plan and execute major initiatives, ensuring that we are delivering valuable things in a timely way.
Work with stakeholder teams to ensure their needs are met.
Oversee the work of other Technical Program Managers, and help grow our Program Management team.
Make sure we don't drop the ball on any projects, initiatives, or commitments.
Create and run cross-functional processes including: Project planning, Timeline & task tracking, resource assignment, change management, and Issue & Risk management.
Identify process gaps in how we operate as an organization, and work with leadership to course-correct & streamline our internal delivery processes.
You'll be a good fit if you have:
5+ years professional experience in technical program management.
Experience overseeing the work of other TPMs (can be in a management or mentorship capacity).
Extreme follow-through ability. You set the bar on ensuring things don't get dropped.
Strong project management and communication skills.
Experience with SQL and data analysis preferred.
Deep understanding of software technologies.
Willingness to get in the weeds and make things happen.
Self-awareness and a desire to continually improve.
