Job Description
As the Sr Product Manager & Digital Expert you will be responsible for maintain a KPI structure for relevant Portfolio management activities and lead a Digital transformation within the Commercial Business Unit. You are also an active Player enabling Strategic Portfolio analysis as well e-commerce growth initiatives.
Additional Responsibilities will include:
  • Cross-functional project leadership focus on reducing time to market across the different product areas of the Business Unit (encompassing Spark Plugs, Rotating Machines, Brake Components) by identifying and implementing automation and data analytics solutions to improve process efficiency.
  • Portfolio Management data analytics development and KPI maintenance (targeting Phase in, Phase out and Product life cycle measures like product variances control, Coverage analysis, Product/supply chain related data, Cataloguing)
  • Data analytics for Business Planning preparation and support of the marketing areas (Market Volume, Sales Planning, Production forecast, overstock sell down measures and scrap assessment)
  • Cross functional leadership project for Automation and digitalization of the Regional Business Unit
  • Enable e-tail growth strategies by enabling and supporting Product Content transfer to the relevant "Sales Marketing Services" functions and placing metrics to track fulfillment grades for the different Product Areas.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 5+ years of experience in Product management, Data analytics and/or Business Development preferably in the automotive aftermarket industry. (Original equipment experience or experience in similar fields will also be considered). This can be also experience as an intern or co-op student.
  • Interest in automotive technology
  • Initiative and determination, taking ownership of and accomplishing objectives with a strong drive and energy for results
  • High Level of Social Competence - Team player, ability to effectively work in cross-functional teams
  • Proven Proficient knowledge of software and data tools (Alteryx, SAP Hana, Tableau, PowerBI, Automation anywhere, Catalytic,...)
