As Manager, Sales Customer Relations & Pricing, you are responsible for all aspects of the sales customer relations and pricing & promotions integrity functions for USA and Canada.
You will lead third party Customer Contact Center (CCC) service provider to ensure key performance metrics and customer satisfaction metrics are achieved.
You will manage all day-to-day aspects of Sales Back Office and Customer Contact Center, including hiring, training, developing and managing high-performing team.
Implement best practices, policies, processes and procedures that enhance performance and dealer satisfaction.
Develop and implement continuous improvement plans by collaborating with other functional departments.
Maintain consistent level of customer service performance and excellence to all of our distribution partners.
This is manager of people and processes. As such, you bring extensive experience in customer relations, promotional management and pricing. Minimally 8+ years of experience.
You have a problem-solving, continuous improvement mindset.
You embrace Digital opportunities; you drive the use of new tools and technology. Strong working experience with MS-office, specifically Excel, with the ability to analyze and challenge reporting data. Experience in SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including a strong customer service focus. You lead by example, and empower your teams. You easily build trust and credibility, and have the ability to drive and influence. You are “big picture” oriented, while also detail-minded, and you possess excellent follow-up skills.
Preferably, you have previous leadership experiences, managing high performing teams.
