Job Description
  • Designing and building end to end solutions in Servicenow.
  • Ability to work with stakeholders to translate business requirements to functional and technical requirements.
  • Strong experience with all Servicenow modules. In-depth understanding of the Servicenow platform and meta-data.
  • Experience in preparing estimates, High Level and Low Level Designs
  • Supporting initial configuration/implementation of Servicenow features.
  • Involvement in providing recommendations or design suggestions for improvement of overall system performance and reliability
  • Has experience supporting Servicenow upgrades
  • Working experience with Javascript, Jelly Scripting and Glide Scripting
  • Creating and Customizing ACL's, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Pages, Client Scripts, Fix Scripts, Plugins, Reports etc.
  • Experience working in Job Schedules, Events and triggers, Customizing Emails
  • Experience in designing and implementing 3rd Party integration using SOAP/REST webservices, MID server and/or other technologies.
  • Knowledge of Servicenow best practices. Using tools like Flow Designer, SNOW Studio.
  • Experience in Analysis of Existing, Designing New Workflows, debugging existing scripts, developing Data and Code migration strategies.
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory, Single Sign-On (SSO) with Servicenow, Email Integrations
  • Experience in setting up the system from scratch including loading foundation data
  • Experience working with Service Portal.
  • Experience in creating progressive mobile friendly applications using Servicenow.
  • Proficiency in designing and configuring Service Catalog, Request Workflows etc.
  • Experience with data load, creating transform maps and scripts and performing code migrations.
  • Servicenow Implementation Specialist or Developer Certificate is a plus.

Qualifications
B.E / M.C.A with 6 - 8 Years overall IT Experience
3 + years of revelant experience in Service Now
