Job Description
As a Data Analytics Associate, you will assist with the development of tools & reports for the Order to Cash (O2C) team. The O2C team is a key lever for customer satisfaction, productivity, and profitability within the process performance workflow.
Following are some examples of duties the Data Analytics Associate will be responsible for:
  • Developing & running queries in SAP & SAP BW to gather and store large volumes of data
  • Assisting in the development of database design
  • Developing analytical models for analyzing data, providing insights, identifying process gaps and recommending actions to improve sales, profits & process improvement
  • Building reports and integrate predictive models into analytics tools
  • Support, test, and implement innovative solutions to achieve project targets and provide basic training for all stakeholders
  • Executing tests, ensuring IT changes of business processes do not affect existing reporting
  • Creating interactive and intuitive user interfaces/visualization to collect and distribute information to the internal audience including executive leadership team on regular basis.
  • Digitization and automation of process to improve efficiency and quality
  • Aligning the reporting needs, KPI’s and requirements
  • Monitoring KPI’s development and working closely with the cross-functional teams to support achieving the KPI’s
  • Providing support to the department (supporting end users in case of questions and errors)
  • Leading IT support activities (documentation of local requirements, trainings, tests)

Qualifications
  • Bachelors in Data Science / IT / Computer Science or similar field
  • 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Scientist / Data Analyst - Knowledge of sales operations & supply chain processes a plus
  • Hands-on programming experience in R,VBA, SQL, Python, C## and business intelligence tools like PowerBI
  • Experience working in SAP & SAP BW preferred
  • Business acumen with strong statistical, analytical and mathematical skills
  • Excellent communication skills, strategic approach and problem-solving
