- Contribute to the analysis of business, application, and technical infrastructure requirements.
- Design, build, enhance and integrate the infrastructure required to support various platforms and our business portfolio
- Support initiatives that deliver workable end-to-end infrastructure solutions
- Participates in test planning and execution
Offer of employment with American Express is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background verification check, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
- Experience with architecting, engineering, and implementing enterprise mobile infrastructure solutions - Microsoft Intune, BlackBerry, MobileIron and other MDMs
- Experience with rollout, troubleshooting, and support of MS Intune, iOS, and Android environments
- Experience in prevailing industry architecture and engineering methodologies - ITIL preferred
- Experience with network and server fundamentals
- Ability to provide 24x7 support for infrastructure outage, environment upgrades and patching
- Possess ability to translate technical issues into understandable business language for end users
- Preferred experience working with vendor teams to provide support and systems integration
- University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field or equivalent work experience
