Your mission:
Ship products that enable small businesses to grow, simplify their finances, and pursue their passions. Work on a team alongside top-notch product managers, UX designers, engineers, and data scientists using modern technologies, lean methods, and design thinking practices.
What you'll be doing:

  • Elicit, analyze, specify, and validate the business needs of stakeholders for backend systems to support the Kabbage product suite.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define functionality.

  • Document user stories, business rules, use cases, and process flows for new features.

  • Document and communicate as-is and as-built capabilities

  • Participate and contribute in scrum ceremonies with engineering teams

  • Work alongside product managers to prioritize work for the development teams.

  • Lead projects from end-to-end. Build consensus while also identifying risks and removing roadblocks.

  • Assist with technical troubleshooting

What you should have:
  • Experience in a business analyst, product owner, and/or technical product manager role.
  • Experience working with engineers on large, complex production systems in an agile environment.
  • Experience working in backend systems is a plus
  • Experience working with databases and ETL jobs is a plus
