American Express is looking for Dutch speakers to join their high performing CFN team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for processing all maintenance requests received from internal or external customers for Corporate Card, Consumer Card and Business Travel Account products. The account maintenance will involve responding to queries, performing credit balance refunds and account maintenance such as, e.g. address changes, card cancellations, set up direct debits, add Program administrators.
The successful candidate will be assuring the highest standard of case quality, customer service and relationship care as it is crucial in every case and interaction, whether it is with an internal or external customer. The Candidate will also have the excellent opportunity to be multiskilled, and duties may vary daily dependent on the resource and volumes of work on each function.

Required Skills:
  • Previous administrative and customer focused experience is an advantage
  • Outstanding customer care, excellent organizational and communicational skills with an eye for detail. Must be flexible, numerate, literate and have the ability to learn quickly and to analyse documentation against the guidelines
  • Fluent in Dutch
  • Previous experience with Globestar and CARE is an advantage

Work Location:
The role will be based at our Brighton office. There may be a period of temporarily working from home depending on UK COVID-19 restrictions in place and American Express workplace safety requirements. In order to accommodate any period of working from home, the minimum requirements are:
Current minimum speed requirements are 25 mbps download x 5 mbps upload speeds, preferably through broadband cable, fibre, optic services. A secure home office, located at your confirmed address of residence, free from background nose or other distractions. Work at home is only temporary and as soon as it’s safe, you will be asked to return to the office site.
