We are looking for Customer Centric Danish Speakers to join our busy and vibrant team based in Brighton. Your role is to provide excellent levels of service to American Express’ Danish corporate card members and programme administrators. You will be supporting a range of services by swiftly and accurately responding to phone calls and emails from our customers, making it easy to do business with us, whilst solving customer issues and celebrating their value to us.
  • Servicing BTA and Corporate Card company administrators who are the point of contact for our clients
  • Responding to phone and email requests to include but not limited to balance updates, invoice/charge details, cancelling cards, changes to company address, re ordering statements and delivering the business Relationship Care ethos throughout every interaction
  • Use and management of internal and external online tools Partnership management with third party vendors
  • Handling complex issues via calls and emails that require patients, diligence and a Growth Mindset
  • Building strong relationships between travel agents, client account managers, senior leadership and clients directly to ensure consistency and clarity on data and payment processes

The role will be based at our Brighton office. There may be a period of temporarily working from home depending on UK COVID-19 restrictions in place and American Express workplace safety requirements. In order to accommodate any period of working from home, the minimum requirements are:
Current minimum speed requirements are 25 mbps download x 5 mbps upload speeds, preferably through broadband cable, fibre, optic services. A secure home office, located at your confirmed address of residence, free from background nose or other distractions. Work at home is only temporary and as soon as it’s safe, you will be asked to return to the office site.

  • Fluent in Danish and English written and spoken
  • Customer Service experience, face to face or on the phones - are you a true brand ambassador?
  • Computer literate to an intermediate level
  • Organised, diligent, and adept at multitasking
  • Great listening skills, so you can not only engage and build rapport but truly provide the best solutions and outcomes to our customers' needs
  • Passionate about providing excellent customer service
  • Self motivated and results driven
