Customer Trust & Partner Support (CTPS) is responsible for creating a trustworthy shopping experience across Amazon stores worldwide by protecting customers, brands, selling partners and Amazon from fraud, counterfeit, and abuse as well as empowering, providing world‐class support, and building loyalty with Amazon’s millions of selling partners. We are looking for an exceptional program manager to help us develop new ways to build trust with sellers, who represent more than half of all products sold on Amazon. Millions of sellers around the globe have built their businesses on Amazon, and in this role you will be charged with building programs that ensure Amazon remains the best place for them to sell online.
This role requires working with business owners, program and product managers, and developer teams to define strategy, requirements, and release schedules. This position involves regular communication with the leadership team on roadmaps, program updates, risks, and change management. Cross-team coordination, program management, and executive communication skills are essential.
Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, is capable of breaking down and solving complex problems, and is data-driven. They will be able to conceptualize and drive challenging initiatives end to end, with proven experience working cross functionally with program, operation and engineering teams. This role requires comfort in ambiguous situations, an ability to influence without authority, and a strong ability to communicate effectively and understand the different needs of global customers.
  • Six Sigma Black belt, PMP or similar certification Proven verbal and written communication skills, presenting to senior executives
  • Demonstrated ability to build quantitative models / utilize structured problem solving
  • Demonstrated ability of working in complex cross cultural environments to drive business change
