The AWS Worldwide Sales Academy is looking for a Sales Skills Enablement Program Lead who will be accountable for project managing the launch of our new sales skills and methodology proframs and for ensuring KPIs are on track.
You will be a founding member of the Sales Academy. We build customer obsessed enablement to drive sales results through outcome based trainings.
The Sales Skills Enablement Program Lead will / Partner with field leaders to
understand and capture requirements of the field or embedded teams. Project manage delivery of enablement to address above field needs by partnering with content strategy, content design, and content development. Partner with communications team, embedded teams to draft communication and execute on launch plan. Design, develop and track KPIs for engagement and performance of program. Work with field leaders and ETC leaders to investigate bottlenecks in program adoption and create new mechanisms to drive engagement of programs.
This position will work with several stakeholders supporting the extended AWS sales organization, such as Business Development, Marketing, Professional Services, Solution Architects and the Partner team. The individual must have the ability to communicate effectively across multiple technical and non-technical business units, as well as across other culture and geographies. This is a hands-on position - the ideal candidate must be willing to “roll up the sleeves” and get things done.
Preference for this position to be in one of the following locations: Seattle, WA USA- Dallas, TX USA - Boston, MA USA - Arlington, VA USA - D.C. USA. Relocation assistance available within the United States.
- Knowledge of sales skills
