As Performance Media Manager , Mobile Apps
you will be accountable for driving acquisition programs for Adobe's Digital Media portfolio of mobile apps . We are a group who values data and creativity equally, continuously seeking the best of left and right brain approaches.
In this critical role, you’ll focus on building innovative performance media programs and relevant customer experiences to drive acquisition of new customers on mobile devices . Your challenge is to develop a performance media strategy and grow qualified mobile app installs and annual recurring revenue (ARR). You’ll be helping to shape customer marketing strategy across Google, Apple, Facebook and other mobile app acquisition platforms . In addition, you will collaborate on broader cross-functional campaigns, experiments and efficiency measurement with Campaign Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Adobe Studio, Business Unit, and Web teams.
What you'll do:
Plan and optimize mobile app paid media campaigns to support and scale customer acquisition goals
Serve as mobile paid media subject matter expert providing recommendations and advising on standard methodologies internally
Collaborate with analytics team to recommend, design, and execute experiments and uncover new ways to increase paid media conversion
Skills and Qualifications:
Drive internal innovation and vision using your knowledge of the media landscape while continuously testing creative and placements
Collaborate with ASO (App Store Optimization) team on tests and experiments to drive improvements in app visibility and conversion rates
Ability to navigate a matrixed organization and represent our team with integrity and self-sufficiency
Experience working with MMPs such as Branch , AppsFlyer , etc and mobile app analytics platforms such as AppAnnie and SensorTower
Proven expertise in performance media, driving mobile app acquisition campaigns across Facebook , Google Universal App Campaigns, and Apple Ads, at a minimum
Ability to learn our technology, products, and systems quickly
Robust analytical skills - the ability to digest large amounts of data, identify meaningful trends, pursue the most important questions, and take action
Ability to work effectively within a team in a fast-paced, growth environment
Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects and schedules
Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving skills, and an outstanding eye for detail
Clear communicator able to support POVs with solid rationale
Ambition to grow with the company and take on more responsibility
5+ years of digital media experience
Bachelor's Degree or higher
