Senior Project Manager, Digital Growth CONFIRMED App

General Purpose:
As a Senior Project Manager in adidas Digital Growth, you will directly contribute to growing the adidas Digital business successfully, by managing and delivering the rollout and operations of the CONFIRMED app, which is the primary digital touch point for the sneakerhead.
You lead the CONFIRMED App rollout, support delivery of the strategic roadmap and drive worldwide adoption and future growth of CONFIRMED. Additionally, you play a key role in shaping and bringing to life the global and local operating model, upgrading processes, and optimizing business opportunities across markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Scope: Rollout Delivery on CONFIRMED
  • Maintain and evolve the CONFIRMED rollout roadmap based on business potential and market specific needs
  • Develop a strategic framework and comprehensive templates for CONFIRMED rollout, with collaboration with global and local cross-functional teams
  • Deliver outstanding end-to-end project management for CONFIRMED rollout, ideally through effective application of PMI/Agile methodology - from scoping, planning, estimating and budgeting, scheduling, development and full implementation
  • Represent and communicate CONFIRMED rollout status and benefits in key stakeholder and leadership meetings to drive effective and trustworthy partnerships with global and local
  • Be capable to anticipate potential issues and dependencies, highlight risks, and manage to change business and technical requirements by effectively suggesting solutions or contingency plans at the appropriate stage throughout the rollout delivery
  • Manage quality control and measure success to ensure rollout delivery to be in line with resource plan and against CONFIRMED program KPIs
  • Apply change management rigor to the implementations of rollout

Business Operations on CONFIRMED:
  • Drive the development and implementation of global and local operating model, including maintaining and strengthening the collaboration and alignment across business and brand functions, to realize an efficient and international scalable set up and the delivery of a sublime consumer experience over CONFIRMED
  • Partner closely with local business stakeholders and engage in day-to-day operations, in order to identify growth opportunity and areas of improvements to impact the bottom-line and scale the business
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand challenges/problems and develop critical insights from data and feedback; turn insights into concrete action plans and help operationally drive results
  • Evaluate operations and financial performance; Further develop effective processes to drive operational excellence and build a high performing culture between global and local
  • Thinks about inclusivity on an ongoing basis and foster an environment that empowers the global and local collaboration

Experience & Education:
  • Proven experience in project and/or change management in cross functional and cultural set up
  • Knowledge of Agile/PMI working methods
  • Experience in market functions of Digital and/or eCommerce is preferred
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, particularly to stakeholders at various organizational levels
  • Capability and confidence to manage changes, achieve goals, and build constructive relationship in a cross functional and cultural set up
  • Untangle complex situations and conceptual ideas into actionable activities
  • Fast learning and strong problem solving skills with intellectual curiosity and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Very good listening and inclusive leadership skills
  • Strong MS-Office skills (Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Good knowledge digital planning tools is a plus
  • Fluent in English both verbally and written
  • Ideally master’s degree in business administration or equivalent combination of education and experience
