Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Manage and process occupancy expenses for adidas Group North America Retail facilities
Key Responsibilities:
  • Produce and process monthly rent roll for adidas and Reebok retail locations
  • Review and process annual escrow reconciliations
  • Manage monthly sales reporting process to landlords
  • Review and process percentage rent payments
  • Perform spot audits utilizing lease agreements and internal documents/systems
  • Review lease abstracts to ensure accuracy against full lease agreements
  • Manage on-going lease administration system updates to ensure system accuracy
  • Develop and produce reports within lease administration system to support the needs of internal business partners
  • Manage communication with Landlord AR and Lease Administration departments
  • Support Finance Department with occupancy expense forecasting and similar inquiries
  • Support Real Estate Team with ad hoc needs including Certificate of Insurance requests, vendor creation and updates, and PO requests

Real Estate, Finance, AP, Landlords, and external vendors
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Strong written and verbal communication, and project/time management skills
  • Must be extremely detail-oriented and organized
  • Strong team player with proven ability to work cross functionally to achieve company-wide goals and objectives
  • Ability to understand and use data to make decisions and influence outcomes
  • Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel
  • Ability to work independently under little guidance on several projects simultaneously
  • Ability to be self-directed while working under tight deadlines
  • Ability to accept and meet critical deadlines with good planning and organization skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with little to no supervision

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university.
Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in retail lease administration. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
