The Associate Manager, Content & Activation is a key position within the US eCommerce Activation Team. You will
be responsible for managing digital onsite content and supporting activation execution, helping drive the full price
business for US eCommerce. This person needs to be collaborative, thorough, and eager to learn. You will support
the Digital Squad leads with execution and implementation of the full price strategy for specific categories. You will
be responsible for briefing supplementary digital content needs to the internal Creative Team, and you will
collaborate closely with the Operations Team to implement content updates on site. You will work with cross-
functional partners to ensure an excellent consumer experience is provided for the categories and activations you
Key Accountabilities
  • Execute full price activation strategy from Digital Squads on
  • Manage onsite digital content, partnering with the Operations Team to apply content changes to the site
  • Coordinate with performance marketing channel owners for activation support
  • Brief content and copy as needed to the Creative Team
  • Partner closely with Digital Merchandising and Merchandising Operations to ensure excellent consumer

experience per activation
  • Identify activation opportunities based on trends to optimize and maximize product performance
  • Partner with User Experience Team to execute onsite content testing and personalization
  • Report on activation performance, applying key learnings to future activations

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
  • Sound knowledge of eCommerce activation
  • Excellent collaborator with the ability to take a project from concept through to execution
  • Sound organizational skills and the ability to prioritize
  • Great communications skills
  • Solid skills in Excel and PowerPoint

  • 2+ years of digital ecommerce experience preferred: campaign activations, product launches, merchandising or

marketing fields
