Accenture Operations is hiring a Deal Execution Senior Manager specifically in a sales within supply chain background. The responsibilities will include:
Contribute to profitable sales growth as a member of an opportunity deal team.
Create sales campaign strategy and ensure involvement of Accenture Leadership to develop winning, compelling, and compliant win strategies and proposals.
Develop capture tactics, competitive analysis, and teaming strategies that balance program risk and reward.
Support client delivery and business development teams in building relationships with client decision-makers and key influencers.
Ensure capture strategy and proposal activities comply with internal controls, ensuring corporate and internal reviews are conducted.
Drive the sales process.
Originate and close sales to achieve sales and pipeline targets across new and existing channels.
Understand and leverage Accenture’s sales best practices, tools, processes, and reporting.
Grow a profitable sales pipeline and/or backlog.
Build strong, credible relationships with client executives as well as Accenture colleagues.
Coordinate the sales team and bring the right talent to sales origination and closing activities, as warranted.
Collaborate with sales colleagues to ensure efficient, effective use of business development resources.
Understand Accenture assets, offerings, and methodologies to match to client business needs effectively.

The successful applicant will have experience in:
GTM Sales / Value Prop / Deal shaping experience
Engineering background with operational experience in maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) within heavy industry and defense
Related experience working in the area of supply chain
Experience managing large complex teams and /or work efforts
