Project Description: The Quality Data and Reporting Specialist supports Quality and Reliability Engineers on manufacturing and field data analysis and live dashboards.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Data quality and data governance of manufacturing data
  • Onboarding manufacturers on Client’s cloud-based supply chain data solution
  • Extracting data from disparate sources (such as buganizers), validating, analyzing and reporting
  • Transform raw data into product quality reporting metrics and create easy to understand reports and dashboards
  • Create data structures to collect and organize numerous inputs at scale, and ensure the data integrity of the inputs
  • Track quality reliability metrics and provide data for cross-functional updates and reviews
  • Create and maintain internal websites
  • Understand engineering business requirements and transform them to functional specifications; ability to design and create documentation on this
  • Connect data from spreadsheets, Analytics, BigQuery, additional internal databases, etc.
  • Create real time dashboards
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field
  • Minimum of 4 years of demonstrated knowledge in data ETLs, data quality and governance, and data analytics and reporting.
  • Structured Query Language, SQL
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with advanced SQL
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience using data visualization tools such as PLX, Data Studio, Power BI and/or Tableau
  • Quality Management
  • Supply Chain & Manufacturing Quality Analytics
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skill
  • Ability to work independently and take the initiative to solve problems
Bonus if you have:
  • Experience working within Manufacturing and Quality
  • Familiarity with client cloud platform and various tools OR Client Cloud (GCP) or equivalent professional certification
  • Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, R, AppScript and/or JavaScript for developing data products and automation
  • Basic knowledge of manufacturing test data
  • Basic knowledge of quality reliability metrics
  • Familiarity with statistical methods and tools
  • Familiarity with web development tools
