Operations is one of four services that make up one Accenture –the others are Strategy and Consulting, Interactive and Technology.
The Global Quality Assurance Analyst will have responsibility for performing regular quality audits, based on established standards, to ensure quality service to customers is consistently met according to department service metrics.
The Global Quality Assurance Analyst will also be responsible for the following:

  • Facilitates calibration sessions with global team leads, generates timely and accurate reports on a daily weekly monthly basis, perform quality analysis, be capable of identifying root causes and corresponding action items to improve and sustain performance

  • Facilitation of department meetings to ensure processes are globally aligned with the current business rules and performing quality coaching and feedback sessions would also be part of this role

  • Demonstrates expert knowledge of processes and related systems

  • Responsible for communication updates regarding process changes and updates to the team documents

Basic Qualifications;

  • High school diploma, or, GED

  • A minimum of 1 year of work experience in operations, and, prior knowledge of quality

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with online social media products and structural design experience

  • Previously in a Subject Matter Expert, or, Quality Assurance role

  • 6 months of program specific experience

  • Bachelor s Degree is preferred

  • Bilingual in Spanish/ Portuguese

  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
