Job Description
The Global Process Owner (GPO) specializes in driving client value through process oversight, improvement, and integration to ensure consistent and successful delivery services. With a focus toward process efficiencies and a model for reducing the cost to operate, the GPO can play a pivotal role in helping to grow our client relationship to be viewed as a partner that delivers real strategic value. The day to day role of a GPO often straddles strategy, service delivery, managing competing initiatives and gaining alignment from key stakeholders across an organization.
Key Focus Areas for a GPO include: Process Advisory, Continuous Improvement, Setting and managing a strategic agenda, Gaining Organizational alignment, Global Service Delivery guidance and support, Advocate and influence individual organizational behavior changes Education and sustainability of global operations team, and Thought Leadership.
Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work West Coast hours (Pacific Time)

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years Project Management/Process Design experience

  • Minimum 4 years Client Facing experience

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a SME/Team Lead role

Preferred Qualifications

  • Working Knowledge of MS SharePoint and/or Microsoft Azure Development Operations

  • PMI Certification

  • Experience with Tools Integration Implementation, i.e., Learning Management Systems

  • Strong technical writing skills: SOPs, Desk Top Procedures

  • Advanced Desktop Application skills to include: Visio, MS Word, and Power Point

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

  • Experience in managing staff in multiple remote locations/global delivery

Professional Skillsets

  • Ability to think strategically while maintaining a strong sense of service delivery awareness

  • Confident presenter for all audience types

  • Ability to manage competing initiatives

  • Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to multi-task, be self-managed and meet critical deadlines with limited supervision
