Job Description

  • Execute services in areas of responsibility for a moderate size location and may oversee the work of team members.

  • Scope may include wide range of Workplace Solutions customer services activities, delivered at a location/across multiple locations.

  • May include workspace set-up, A/V, catering, document, floor support & other location services.

  • May include asset mgmt, engineering, building & maintenance, cleaning, mail delivery, logistics &/or storage services

  • Independently carry out routine tasks according to guidelines and/or under supervision.

  • Requires analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems.

  • Likely to have exposure with clients and/or Accenture management.

  • Complete assignments independently, and ability to make decisions.

Job Summary:
Responsible for a wide range of services such as supervision of personnel, service and/or Facility Operations, assign and confirm space, catering, and equipment, set-up/maintain workspace & meeting rooms. Stock and maintain appearance of general use areas (e.g., copy room, coffee/vending areas, etc.). Provide technical support for AV equipment. Keep track and follow up on customer requests until completion. Perform administrative duties according to location guidelines. Coordinate/arrange basic repair, maintenance with service providers. Carry out instructions for security, fire, health and safety and maintain records.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervision of employees in their role of catering, maintenance, kitchens and general office duties

  • SoCal location support, visits and maintenance

  • Mail room support, accepting large deliveries, Office Services, set-ups, catering, vendor management, ordering supplies

  • Floor warden, life safety support

  • Floor set-up and walkthrough, custom floor setups for special events and training sessions

  • Vendor relations with building, lighting vendor and contractors and meet building maintenance team to coordinate repairs in the office.

  • Ergonomics coordination for office and project sites. Ordering of equipment and working to ensure desks are ergonomically correct.

  • Provide technical support for AV equipment. Keep track and follow up on customer requests until completion.

  • Perform administrative duties according to location guidelines.

Work Requirements:

  • Overtime before/after hours may occur, travel to other SoCal locations

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma

Preferred Qualifications:

  • College Degree

  • Customer service experience

  • Microsoft tools, Outlook knowledge

Professional Qualifications:

  • Ability to work with people

  • Proven ability to work independently and as a team member in a supervisory capacity

  • Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

  • Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills

  • Proactive, self-starter and forward thinking, problem solving skills

  • Ability to work with highly confidential material and maintain confidentiality

  • Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian

  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $39,300 - $71,499 and information on benefits offered is here.
