What would you do?
Be a part of the Marketing Operations team that is leading the managed services arm of Accenture. We power our client’s business through the integration of insights, data, and technology. We are focused on activating and scaling the best brand experiences, to deliver breakthrough marketing-led growth, cost-effectively, across all digital consumer touchpoints and channels. We’re looking to hire passionate and innovative leaders in Marketing Operations with deep domain expertise in digital marketing and delivering cutting edge marketing services across a range of clients and industries, bringing with them strong operations acumen and transformative leadership. The campaign management team focuses on planning, executing, tracking, and analysis of direct marketing campaigns. The team is responsible for the entire lifecycle of a marketing campaign, from inception to launch to the evaluation of results. The team is accountable for analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using ROI calculations. This Channel requires a good understanding of digital marketing, email marketing, and technologies like Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Automation studio, Google DV360, and Responsys You will help design, implement & manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud, a customer relationship management (CRM) platform for marketers that allows them to create and manage marketing relationships and campaigns with customers. You will help incorporate incorporates integrated solutions for customer journey management, email, mobile, social, web personalization, advertising, content creation and management, and data analysis. Roles and Responsibilities
  • In this role, you need to analyze and solve moderately complex problems
  • You will typically be creating new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures
  • The role requires a clear understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals
  • You will need to hold monthly meaningful conversations with team members to discuss performance, coaching and feedback, training needs, and career discussions
  • You will need to monitor & drive team performance, including throughput and quality as per defined metrics
  • Your primary upward interaction is with a direct supervisor or team leads
  • You will generally interact with peers and/or management levels with clients or internal stakeholders
  • You will be provided with minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments
  • Decisions that you make often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams
  • You would be managing medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture.
  • Please note this role may require you to work in rotational shifts.
