  • Expert in business process design concepts and principles, may also analyze and design business processes for improvements
  • Develop product requirements based on input gathered from a variety of sources
  • Review project deliverables for completeness and quality and with compliance with established project and industry standards
  • Develop and mentor people, act as a career counselor and create a high performing organization (foster relationships, resolve conflicts, etc.)
  • Identify and target the right audience level for the project ensuring this covers multiple delivery location contact where applicable
  • Requires analysis and solving of moderately complex problems
  • Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures
  • Requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals
  • Interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture
  • Provide accurate and useful project reports or issues status reports
  • Work with team members to enhance their business knowledge
  • Graduate of a four-year business course; CPA or Accounting graduate an advantage
  • Must have at least 7 years of experience in Finance and Accounting specifically in Collections and Order to Cash
  • Has working knowledge of an accounting ERP (i.e. Oracle, SAP, etc.) and MS Excel
  • Must have prior voice collections experience, ideally business-to-business
  • Must have relevant Order to Cash/F&A supervisory/managerial experience
  • Reconciliations, respond to queries (voice and query capability)
  • Strong communications skills
  • Analytical and fact-based decision-maker
  • Ability to quickly identify issues and risks and provide recommendations
  • Must have an experience in team interactions and facilitation
  • Experience in any of below skills is an advantage:
>Sales, Billing, Cash Application, Manage Contracts, Credit Management, Collections
